Mental health is our emotional and social well-being. It mostly affects how we think, feel, and act. Mental Health focuses on our emotions or how we feel. Mental Health problems are usually seen in young adults and teenagers.

    We picked this topic because it is a well known problem in schools and because it resonates with me. Many students have experienced mental health problems including me. I have suffered from stress and depression so this topic is very important to me. We hope we can spread awareness of this issue to others to help them realize just how big of a problem this is.
